Hey all! Just thought I would make a quick update on stuff, in case anyone was interested. Feel free to be uninterested.

Not homeless, still poor. I now officially live with Colin, my best friend. It's only a block down the street, so not a huge location adjustment, so things could be worse. I guess. Determined to give me a good, solid metaphorical kick in the ribs anyhow, Fate has kept me despondently poor for past 2 weeks. Not a little poor, not "I only have a few dollars" poor, absolutely fucking penniless poor! Safeway STILL has not paid me for my last week of work! I go to work when I'm supposed to, but can the huge corporation be bothered to pay me when they're supposed to? Nooooooooooooooooooooooo! I HATE corporate Safeway.

I saw Double Jeopardy the other day. It was really good. The ending kind of sneaks up on you. I heard people say that the previews give too much of the plot away, but it's still pretty suspenseful. Tommy Lee Jones is, as always, excellent, but Ashley Judd is definitely the driving force of the film. She's got some nice moves in this one, inflicting glorious property damage wherever she goes. She also looks damn fine in a cocktail dress. If you like a little action-drama, go see this one. It flies by.

My new job at White Knight is going swimmingly. If only I could sell something...
